Vivienda colectiva

The building’s communication is composted by a vertical core and a set of exterior corridors attached to the west façade, from where to access the dwellings. The light façade of the corridors composes a gallery that provides thermal inertia to the interior facade, promoting social interaction and offering a changing and transparent image, full of dynamism and vitality.

Three types of dwellings are proposed, characterized by their spaciousness, luminosity and flexibility. All the dweelings have a terrace and a continuous balcony, as well as large windows that take advantage of solar radiation and guarantee a wide view of nature.

A network of common spaces encourages neighborhood interaction and access from the square. A bioclimatic system, consisting of courtyards and openings in the façade, allows ventilation and natural light to these spaces.
